1-Driving Lesson Policies:
- Minimum Lesson duration is 2hrs
- Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellation within 48 hours will charge as full lesson price.
- There will be an additional £5/hour applies on all early morning, evening and weekend lessons.
- Minimum payment of one hour is due at the time of booking.
- All lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2-Discontinuation and Refunds:
- If discontinuing after a few lessons, the delivered lesson’s price will be considered as the standard per hour price.
- Any remaining balance will be refunded within the next 10 working days.
3- Damage to car Liability policies.
- Any damage to the car during a driving test will be the Driver’s liability to pay.
- Any deliberate damage to car by a pupil will be there liability to pay.
4- Practical Driving Test policies:
- To attend a driving test in the driving school car, you must pass two consistent mock tests to demonstrate test standard readiness.
- If a driving test is canceled by DVSA with less than 48 hours’ notice, the agreed time must be paid, and reimbursement can be claimed directly from DVSA.

5-Referral Terms and Conditions
* Referral Reward:
When you refer a friend, both you and your referred friend will receive a £20 discount.
* Minimum Purchase Requirement:
To qualify for the discount, both the referring pupil and the referred pupil must purchase a minimum of 10 hours of lessons.
* Incomplete Lesson Hours:
If the referred pupil decides not to complete the full 10 hours:
• Any hours taken will be charged at the standard rate.
• Additionally, £20 deduction will be applied to the deposit.
* Offer Limitation:
Only one promotional offer can be used at a time per pupil.
* Booking Limitations
booking lessons of referred pupil are subject to areas we cover and availability of an instructor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can change/cancel your lesson anytime before 48 Hours of lesson booking time without being charged after that time period it will be charged under School cancellation policy. Thanks
